Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Configuration is supported by 6 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is 4.75V~5.25V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 32 terminations.Specification is for 5V supply voltage operation.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Gate drivers in this series are included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100, FLEXMOS? series.
