NCV8402ASTT1G is a three-terminal protected Low-Side Smart Discrete device. The protection features include overcurrent, overtemperature, ESD, and integrated Drain-to-Gate clamping for overvoltage protection. The NCV8402ASTT1G offers protection and is suitable for harsh automotive environments. The NCV8402ASTT1G is offered in the SOT-223-3 package. It is specified for operation from –40°C to +150°C.
