NL37WZ07US Overview


Cut Tape external packaging. All of the 3 elements are put into use. 8 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 1.8V. 8 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 8 pins. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Gates. It is generally sold in TAPE AND REEL package. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 32mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -32mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 1.65V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V.
