NL7SZ19DFT2 Overview


Due to the lack of space on the board, digital switch is provided in the 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363.The package is in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Digital switch ic adheres to a mounting method of Surface Mount.In the multiplexers, the analog IC Decoder/Demultiplexer is used.When the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be susceptible to external factors.Design engineers have more flexibility when digital controlled switch operates at 1.65V~5.5V voltage.These multiplexers are members of the 7SZ series, which provide extensive application potential.As parts of its basic configuration, 6 terminations are desgined.The part number for 7SZ19 can be used to find its logic switch related parts as well.The multiplexer's system is powered by 1.8V volts.Signal switch has 6 component pins.A conductor terminates at GULL WING.As a type of supply, Single is employed.Multiplexer ics are mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.The logic switch is a member of the LVC/LCX/Z family.It is advisable to keep the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) at 5.5V in order to prevent some unnecessary failures.The power supply of 3.3V is provided for mux switch's normal operation.In electronic terms, the digital switch ic is classified as part number Decoder/Drivers.A TAPE AND REEL packaging method is used in the switches.
