NLAS2750MUTAG Overview


As the electronic part is packed in 10-UFQFN, international shipping is convenient. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. 2:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. 10 terminations have been made so far. A 2.7V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. A total of 10 pins are injected into the electrical part body. Circuits based on SPDT switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. 2 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. A voltage higher than 5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 1.8V. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 1.8V~5V. A voltage higher than 250nA may cause damage to the switch multiplexer. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer.
