As the electronic part is packed in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, international shipping is convenient. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:2. Increasing operating temperature to around -55°C~125°C TA.
