NLAS4501DFT2 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C TA. Totally, there are 5 terminations. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. If the voltage supply is 3V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 5 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NO switching circuits. Try searching with NLAS4501 to find analog multiplexer variants. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 25Ohm. The datasheets for the 5 pins explain the functions. Multiplexer or Switches is a typical switch device. A voltage higher than 5.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches.
