NLAS5113MUTBG Overview


As the electronic part is packed in 6-UFDFN, international shipping is convenient. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The total number of terminations is 6. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. Powered by a 4.2V voltage supply, the electrical part should be switched on and run. As part of the design of the 6 series, this electronic part has been incorporated into the system. Based on SPST - NO switching circuits, these analog multiplexers work. A total of 1 circuits make up this switch device. Try searching with NLAS5113 to find analog multiplexer variants. A 1.3Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer.
