The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 10-UFQFN. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA.
