The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Based on the NAND Gate logic principle, it works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 3V~18V is required. Operating temperature around -55°C~125°C extended.
