NLV14066BDR2 Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. There are 14 terminations totally. There is an electrical component included in the 14 series. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with NLV14066B. This digital multiplexer has 280Ohm internal resistance. For details about the functions of 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 18V.
