NLV74HC14ADR2G Overview


The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). This logic works according to the Inverter principle. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~6V is required. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C. Mounted in Surface Mount. Current output is 5.2mA 5.2mA in both the high and low states. There are several in the Automotive, AEC-Q100, 74HC series. Total terminations are 14.
