NLV74HC245ADWG Overview


Logical driver uses a neat 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 2V~6V. Qualified to operate within -55°C~125°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 7.8mA 7.8mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 1 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the Automotive, AEC-Q100, 74HC series devices. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. This buffer driver is part of the HC/UH family of parts. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 8 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under COMMON CONTROL control technology. It is recommended to use a 2/6V power supply. It is generally sold in RAIL package.
