NLV7SZ98DFT2G Overview


The 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package is available for download. In this package, there is also the Tape & Reel (TR) package that is included. A version of Surface Mount is also available. In addition, it has a fully functional Single-Ended output. The communication type used by this application is Configurable Multiple Function logic. At -55°C~125°C, the operating temperature has been extended. The inputs are all 3-based. This is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100, 7SZ series, so it belongs to that family. 1.65V~5.5V power supply is used to power it. An additional feature of this part is that it has 6 terminations. Designed as a Surface Mount device, it is easy to install and remove. For this part, a normal voltage is 3.3V. Powered by 1-basic circuitry, it has a low power consumption.
