Packet 6-XFLGA. In this package, there is also the Tape & Reel (TR) package that is included. A version of Surface Mount is also available. There is full functionality in the Single-Ended output. The communication type used by this application is Configurable Multiple Function logic. There has been an increase in operating temperature at -55°C~125°C. It contains inputs for the 3 axis. This is a part of the MiniGate? series of products. In order to operate, it uses a 1.65V~5.5V power supply. There are 6 terminations on the part. A 6 pin joins it. For this part, the normal voltage is 2.3V. 1 basic circuits are used in its construction. This is a 1G product. Devices should only be operated at voltages below 5.5V to preserve their integrity.
