OPF432 Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-3 packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 100V in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes have a pin count of 3. There is a possibility that the photodiodes could release 200mW heat within the circuit. While operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -40°C. A reverse anode voltage of 100V should be applied to the photodiodes. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 100V. There is 100pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
