OPF472 Overview

The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46-3 packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 100V in reverse-bias mode. It has 3 pins for the photodiodes. Photodiodes on a circuit are capable of emitting 200mW heat. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 85°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for the photodiodes. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 100V. The breakdown voltage should be 100V to ensure photodiodes work. As a result of reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes are capable of supplying 100V voltage. The current in a photodiode is 100pA even when there is no light input.
