PAM2401YPADJ Overview


There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 12 terminations are present. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 12-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.9V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.5V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 1A. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 4.75V.
