PDB-C145 Overview


Tray is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 50V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 50V should be maintained for the photodiodes. For photodiodes to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 80°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 2nA current even if no light is provided.
