PDB-C152SMF Overview


These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages in order to ensure their safety. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V if it is continuously reverse-biased. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 50V. It's best to have the breakdown voltage at 100V to make sure the photodiodes work. A photodiode is capable of conducting 2nA current even without light input.
