PDB-C160SM Overview


To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Cut Tape (CT). To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 32V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 32V continuously. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
