PDB-V613-3 Overview


To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages for safety purposes. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 25V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 25V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 50nA current.
