PIC16F87T-E/ML Overview


Due to its space-saving qualities, it is available in the 28-VQFN Exposed Pad package. This is mounted using the Surface Mount method. A package of Tape & Reel (TR) contains it. Devices with PIC core processors are available. The temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA while working. The type of memory in which this program is stored is FLASH. There are 16 I/Os on the board. To find equivalent components, use its PIC16F87 base part number. PIC? 16F is the series number of this electrical component. For data storage, FLASH is used as its memory type. Data and programs can be stored on the devices with a memory size of 7kB. In terms of architecture, it is based on PIC.
