PL123E-09HSC Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. A voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 220MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.63V. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.25V. As long as there are 2.25V~3.63V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
