A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Cut Tape (CT) is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.When the supply voltage is 5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number PM8834.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.As its interface IC, FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.In the maximum case, the output current can be 4A volts.Having the maximum power dissipation of 1.1W indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.
