QSB34CGR Overview


These photodiodes are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT) to protect them from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 32V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes have pins 2. It is possible for the photodiodes within a circuit to release 150mW heat. For photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. Generally, the maximum amount of heat released by photodiodes is 150mW. With reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes can work properly. A photodiode occurs even at 30nA current without light input.
