QSB34GR Overview


These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 32V permanently. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 150mW heat. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. Generally, a circuit's maximum heat release should be 150mW. Using reverse voltage of 32V in the DC circuit may allow the photodiodes to function properly. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 30nA.
