REF200AU Description

REF200AU Current Sink combines three circuit blocks on a single monolithic chip. Two 100-uA sources of current and mirrors for current. REF200AU Current Regulator performance for each of the sections is independently measured and laser-trimmed to ensure the highest accuracy while consuming minimal money. The sections are isolated which makes them totally independent. REF200AU IC is a good choice for current sinks.
