With a 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaging for the pmic consists of Cut Tape (CT) solid enclosures. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 290kHz~430kHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good which allows efficient switching control. Keep dc regulator at a temperature of -40°C or above.
