This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 700kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's 1.2A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 24V. During switching regulator operation, 6 pins are used. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 800mV. DC DC switching regulator offers a maximum output voltage of 15V as its maximum output voltage.
