There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 340kHz. Input voltage 4.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. The output current of 2A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 23V. A voltage of 20V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator.
