RT8299GSP Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A output current. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 24V. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 12V is provided. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 15V volts. 8 pins are used for switching regulator operation. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 800mVV. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 15V.
