RT8805GQV Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 10.8V~13.2V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 16 terminations. Switching converter is a type of Switching Regulator or Controllers in particular. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 75 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability. A value of 60A is output as the maximum value of current.
