S-1000C19-N4T1U Overview


There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 1.2V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known S-1000 series of products.
