This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Voltage Detector products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.2V. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
