S-1000N22-I4T1U Overview


There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. There are 4-SMD, Flat Leads functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 1.2V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. A PMIC from the well-known S-1000 series of products is being offered here.
