There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this IC management you will find 4-SMD, Flat Leads functions for you to refer to. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts at a voltage of 1.2V. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supervisors from the well-known S-1000 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
