This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. IC management is packaged as a SC-82A, SOT-343 package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-1002 series product line.
