This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached SOT-23-6 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 4.5V volt supply. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-1011 series product line.
