There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. There are SC-82A, SOT-343 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. When 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. Power management is also possible to add other features such as DETECTION VOLTAGE IS 3.0V to name a few. Located in the well-known S-809xxC series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
