With its 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 0.8V~6V and has a 0.8V~6V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 600kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . 8 terminations with a variety of function. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 1V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. DC regulator outputs 2.5V voltage according to the test statistics.
