As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters.
