It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. 4 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -30°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.9V 1.8V 3.3V 0.9V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 2A 1.2A 600mA 2A output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 900mV.
