S80C188XL20 Overview


The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in PQFP. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. The type MICROPROCESSOR belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. A total of 80 terminations have been recorded. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 5V volts. There are 16 bits in its architecture. At 20MHz, the CPU operates. For functions of 80 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The embedded microprocessor is a typical Microprocessors. With a width of 8, this CPU has a wide external data bus. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 70°C is not recommended. Micro processor body consists of 80 pins. As a result of its Surface Mount mounting, this CPU is widely used in a wide variety of applications. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 5V. In the datasheet, 5V power supplies are required for this embedded microprocessor. A 5V core voltage is present on the CPU. The CPU can only be powered by voltages up to 90mA. A voltage higher than 5.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended to feed the CPU microprocessor with a voltage of 4.5V. Don't forget the microprocessor's additional features like: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS. 5 hardware interrupts are terminated externally. In DMA (Direct Memory Access), 2 channels are applied.
