SA12 Overview

In order to package H bridge, Tube is used.H bridge is provided in the 12-PowerDIP, Module package for the sake of cost savings.In addbridge driverion, 14V~16V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Through Hole.Motor driver H bridge's operating temperature enables -55°C~150°C TJ to function normally.AC Motors, Piezo Devices is pretty useful in a variety of applications.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.The base H bridge ic number of SA* allows you to find more related H bridge ics by using that number.Amount of current that reaches 20A at maximum output.There is 15A current flowing through the output and power supply pins.It is equipped with a 1 output.In order to avoid excessive costs, the maximum acceptable operating temperature is 85°C.Ideally, the operating temperature should be at -25°C in order to avoid excessive costs.
