High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 80. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 5V. A 16-Bit architecture is used. At 25MHz, the CPU operates. Detailed functions for 80 pins can be found in the datasheets. A typical Microprocessors embedded microprocessor. The external data bus width of this CPU is 8. An environment with a temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. Micro processor body consists of 80 pins.
