SC174MLTRT Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 200kHz~1MHz.
