SCANH162602SM/NOPB Overview


There is an embedded version of it in the 64-LFBGA package. In other words, it is packaged in a manner similar to Tray. A 16-Bit circuit is used for achieving its superior flexibility as a result of its use of 16-Bit circuits. This electrical device has a logic type of Universal Bus Transceiver. As you can see from the image, this electronic component is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction. There should be a temperature difference between -40°C~85°C and the operating temperature. In order to ensure maximum design flexibility, it features a High/Low output current of 24mA 24mA. FPGAs in the SCAN series are this type. The supply voltage is 2.7V~3.6V. The SCANH162602 family is comprised of it. There are a number of termination types, including 64 terminations, which is the term that refers to the practice of terminating a transmission line with a device that matches the characteristic impedance of the line. For normal operation, the supply voltage must be kept above 3V in order for the device to function properly. Surface Mount is used to mount this electronic part. 64 pins are used in its design.
