SCANH16512SM Overview


As part of the 64-LFBGA package, it is embedded. It is packaged in the way of Tray. A 16-Bit circuit is used for achieving its superior flexibility as a result of its use of 16-Bit circuits. This electrical device is of the Universal Bus Transceiver logic type. A Surface Mount-shaped electronic component is mounted here. It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -40°C~85°C. High/Low output currents allow 24mA 24mA to have a maximum design flexibility. As part of the SCAN series, it is a type of FPGA. 2.7V~3.6V is the supply voltage. The SCANH16512 family is comprised of it. There is one type of termination that is called the 64 termination, which consists in terminating a transmission line with a device that has an impedance that matches the characteristic impedance of the line itself. Normal operation requires an output voltage above 3.3V. A 8-Bit electronic part was designed for this application. Termination with a 2 termination matches the characteristic impedance of the transmission line. Mounted in the way of Surface Mount is this electronic part. 64 pins are used in the design. Upon reaching 3.6V, Vsup reaches its maximal value. It is recommended that the supply voltage (Vsup) be greater than 2.7V.
