SG3526N Overview


With its 18-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sA 8V~35V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 1Hz~350kHz. As it has a Through Hole value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control, Reset, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. SG*526 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. There are 18 pins on switching converter. The Through Hole makes DC switcher suitable for most applications and prototypes. 350kHz is the maximum frequency of this dc regulators. There is 500kHz frequency setting on the switching controller. At 0°C and above, dc regulator should be kept. At a temperature around 70°C degrees Celsius, dc regulator should be running. During dormancy, the dc switching uses 18mA.
